It's been awhile!

Wow, it has been a while since I have been on here. I have decided to try to start blogging again... we will see how it works.

Just lately,

I have been looking for a job this summer, so far I have not had any luck. There are so many people that want to be teachers and not enough jobs. So for now I will be subbing!

Braxton is really growing up he is 15 months now. He is the joy of my life.

That is really all that is going on! School (college) starts today so I am sure there will be lots more to say later and I will be putting pictures up of B soon!

Baby Braxton!

He is here... Born May 30, 2009. 7 lbs 2 oz 19 and 1/2 inches long. 10 fingers and 10 toes a very healthy baby! 

Baby Shower!

I had a great time this Sunday! After looking forward to the shower all week long it was better than I ever expected! All the gifts for my little boy were absolutely amazing. Right now I am not sure what to do with all of the things I got but I will soon know what to do when he arrives. Mom tells me it is natural instincts. It is getting closer... 5 weeks, 7 at the most. Wow, it is becoming a reality! I will post some pictures as soon as I get them! But thanks to all that came and the host that put the shower on.

Baby Pictures!

This is the first picture that was taken of our beautiful baby... October 27! You can't really tell much about him here! He was 10 weeks and 2 days! An amazing 4 cm big!

This is the day we found out he was a BOY and boy can you tell! He was 18 weeks old and weighed 9 oz! I thought he was big then... 

He is now 32 weeks old. He is growing just fine, although we were a little scared. He is now 4 lbs and 5 oz. 

Now just a little bit longer to go... I am a little scared. I told my mom I was scared and she said he comes with instructions, they are called natural instincts. I hope that she is right. 

Fishing...

Chris and I have been fishing quite a bit lately. I love it! I can not wait until Chris and baby Braxton get to go fishing together and spend that quality time together. 

32 week scare!

I went to the doctor yesterday for my routine check up. Everything was going fine, Braxton has a beautiful heartbeat. But then she measured me to see how he was growing. When she measured me I measured for 27 weeks. I have always been smaller than what I am suppose to be but 2 weeks ago I measure 28 weeks. I was a little scared. The doctor told me that I was going to have an ultrasound to make sure he is growing alright. Well I thought I was going to have the ultrasound right away but that did not happen because they go to linch from 12 to 1 and it just happened to be 12:05! So I had to wait an hour. It was the longest hour of my life. But it gave my mom time to get to the hospital and be with me if there was anything wrong. We told Chris to stay at work because we can not afford to loose his job. But I went into the ultrasound and everything was fine! He is 4lb and 5oz! It was great to see him again too. He is very active and has a sweet looking face from what I can see. I wish I could have recorded the ultrasound, but in case something was wrong we did not. But Braxton is a big, healthy boy and I can not wait to have him in my arms. When Chris gets home with the ultrasound pictures I will scan them in and put them on here!

We are starting to put things together for the baby! Yay! Well, we were putting the swing together the other day and Chris was having a hard time as you can tell. But he finally got everything put together. Everyone keeps telling him, "Just wait until Christmas."
